How many pounds can an srx tow up to? i have the tow package on their the book says 1000 pounds but i thought i could tow more! Does anybody know? the SRX is an 2007! thanks for your help.

Check your owners' manual. Towing capacity and tongue load varies with teh suspension, tires, engine and transmission. There is no one sixze fits all answer.
