I have an 04 Cadillac CTS, and when ever i turn left (or make a U-turn) at a slow speed i hear this clicking noise coming from the front end.. im not sure if it could be the rack & pinion or CV joints or what.... has anyone else had this problem??? any help would be greatly apprecated, thanks!

There are several possibilities cv joint is not one (rear drive) stab.links, control arm bushings, shock/strut mount, steering gear, I-shaft... you may consider taking to shop.
