I have a 1993 Sedan Deville with about 58,000 miles on it. I have had it about a year. It has been a great car. I have recently had a problem with the A/C. About a month ago, the A/C began acting strangely. When you first turned the A/C on, it put out ice cold air. After the A/C ran for about 15-20 minutes, it began putting out hot air. I checked the system and added a bit of freon to top it up. The A/C began blowing ice cold air again. I has been fine and the A/C has been blowing ice cold, no matter how long it run. A few days again, the A/C began blowing very hot air all of the time. I checked the system and it is not fuly charged. The clutch on the A/C compressor is not engaging at all. I have tried to add freon to the system and it will not go into the system. I have also followed all of the underhood instructions, in case the system gets too low on freon. I am at a loss. Does anyone know what to check next? I am running out of options. Thanks,
