Does anyone know how I can change the bulb in one of the forward flashers on the 2004 CTS? It appears to be sealed fron the underside and so I was thinking of going in from the wheel well. The plastic rivets look like they can be removed without being broken.

I just changed my front turn signal bulb and you will have to go thru the wheel well. First, you will need a flat head screw driver and a rag or towel. There are 3 push pins in the wheel well connecting the fender to the wheel well. Pry the head of the push pin up with the screw driver. Once the head is raised then proceed with your fingers to pull it out. Look underneath were the wheel well connects towards the bumper. Remove the two push connecting the bottom panel and the well. Once all five pins are out, you should be able to separate the well from the fender. Use the rag to cover the fender section so it wont get scratched from the well. You will be able to see the turn signal assembly and remove/replace the bulb. Repeat in reverse to reassemble and you''re done.
