98'' deville: what alternator do i need to buy to repl... - 6/28/2008 11:41:49 PM    wpbrink   Posts: 14 Joined: 5/8/2007 Status: offline 98 deville:   VIN# 1G6KD54Y2WU748716    i have no idea what type of alternator i need to purchase in order to replace my bad one........the reason i''m asking this is because i noticed out there that they have different amps and pulley system may be different as far as MM....... I went to the NAPA website and put in my information and it came up with many different options for this vehicle.......just need some guidance on what part number i should go with or website to purchase from.......just totally lost....
