Ok i do airconditioning a refrigeration so i know everything about freons pressures and how to find leaks...
I used dye and all that but i couldnt find the leak so
I pressurized my system with nitrogen and finally i found the leak and it is at the best spot in the EVAPORATOR ahhh  and it was hissing very much so it must be a big leak.
How do i get it out to fix or replace this thing. it is so tight by the engine. the plastic caseing around it all broke off and is peeling just by touching it. Cand i get it out from under the hood or do i definatly have to take apart my whole dash?? SOMEBODY HELP PLEASE!

Service manuals suggest taking off instrument panel to gain access.

I went to a place where they replace radiators and a/c coils and they said for 94 caddi sevilles u replace the evaporator from under the hood might even have to move engine alittle but its an expensive job to do. the service manuals sometimes are wrong.i think im gonna try to grind the top off the metal casing around the evaporator and try to pull it out myself and make a insulated cover to seal it after. i hope this works. very little space to work on though.
