Hello everyone!!! so i have some major A/C issues first off there are no Codes in the ACM so let me tell you what is going on

1: A/c would not work brought it to my mechanic he hooked up the gagues and grounded the relay to get to compressor to engage
2: he said that the there was a block in the condensor he said replace
3: replaced condensor orfis tube and dryer vaccumed and refilled
4: i am able to by pass the ACM by grounding out the compressor and drive it blows cold awsome!!!
5: High speed cooling fans do not come on at all
6: everyting elses works perfect on the heating side !
7: cannot communicate with the ACM via a scan tool
8: I also have 2711 i belive is the code anyways its for the security system but it start and runs great

Any help would be appricated !!!!!!

alos he car only has 60k miles on it
