I have a 2008 Escalade, and when I open the liftgate while the vehicle is in the garage, the liftgate hits the top of my garage door. Does anyone know of a way to adjust the height to which the liftgate opens? My dealer does not think there is a way to do this, but I thought that maybe there was, since my Lexus SUV has the ability to adjust the height of it's liftgate.

Any suggestions/ideas?
