You really need to get in touch with your Attorney General's office - they will be able to help you with the nuances of the law, and also be able to help you with how to deal with the dealership.

Just an update, I called the BBB and they put a fire under the dealer I guess and they called to Tuesday to say they were getting me a new car. Then called back saying that one with my opinions cant be located and gm is on strike so they cant order one. Now I am trying to see if they can hopefully find one similar or the nightmare continues. Thanks for all the help so far.

I hope it works out in the end.  It is an unfortunate thing when you are left with a "bad taste" in your mouth with a dealership, especially when it involves a new car.

Here is a late update. The dealer got us a new 2009 cts around mid july after many heated arguments and a meeting with the midwest GM rep. We drove this car for 2 weeks with no paperwork. After many calls we finally were told to go get papers and they where ready, get there and it was another mess with them saying they cant get me the special rate of 4.9% like we had on the 08 but they would work on it and have things ready tomorrow. Well the sales manager called me and said he couldnt do anything about the rates, etc and I was done !! I told him we would return the car wanted out of this deal no matter what and I think because the dealership wanted me out of their hair this was their plan. Anyway we got out of the deal and ended up getting 1 of 3 payments back but came out ok as we had a trade in and that came out ahead. I can honestly say it was a relief and I would not reccomend Sapaugh GM to my worst enemy. Worst dealership I have ever seen or dealt with by far. I was not going to respond here as every time I think of this it angers me, but atleast its over !!
We are proud owners of a new Mercedes Benz and will NEVER buy another Cadillac because of this one dealerships and GMs ignorrance to resolve any problems. I thought it funny I spent over 100,000 buying 2 gm vehicled within 1 month and this was the turn out, maybe I see why their stock is worthless. Thanks for the help and input.
