I got a 92 seville my dad parked it in the garage for me he put tut the emg. brake on for who know why but now it wont release it pushed back all the way to the floor.
ANYONE if u know a solution or can help let me know PLEASE its my daily driver now it wont move

the vacuum release is probably shot.

there is a little lever (manual release) under the dash, straight over the pedal, pull it.

Probably fixed already, but I've heard that the e-brake will disengage automatically when put into gear (if the vacuum is working) - if you haven't tried that. Best of luck!
