Hey Texas: Start simple by checking all of your ground wires. Headlites are usually hot at all times so grounds are generally the cause of failure. If you have guidematis feature then it could be the guidematic power relay. Light switch could be faulty, there is a circuit breaker in the lite switch as well. As for the instrument panel, I assume you have checked the I/P fuse, again check grounds, grounds are all generally black, and lighting hot leads are grey wires. Have you checked the dimmer feature on the light switch?? Could also be the instument cluster printed circuit. Opera lites are run by an inverter that is located in the left front corner of trunk on a support brace, check for 12 v at inverter terminal 4, check for 110 v at inverter term. 2. Check ground to brace also. Happy hunting, caddies are fun aren't they!.
