Unfortunately, it's this generation government management ego. The head of your local DMV, a general in the Army, but fortunately it seems to be only in the civil service type jobs. What you have to do is "make no waves" or "pay off," and you can get around most of it. (Or in the military, just die for your country.)

Looking at the opening par of this thread, AA stock is dropping, and I for one, would like to know when it might be a good time to buy.  looks like that day was yesterday.

If the FAA is planning on replacing all the airline experianced maintanence personal "designees" with thousands of recent graduates of "A&E" schools, airline stock would be at the bottom of my list for investment!

All commercial services were suspended on January 9, 2006. Pace Airlines is continuing with charter services.[1] On April 17, 2006, Hooters Air ceased all operations, halting all scheduled Public Charter service and refunding tickets. The company attributed this cessation of service primarily to a marked increase in fuel costs in the wake of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in the autumn of 2005.

2006: Michelle Nunes
Michelle Nunes is $50,000 richer after being crowed Miss Hooters International 2006. This Hooters Girl from San Diego, currently working at the Hooters Casino Hotel, stood apart from over 120 contestants in Las Vegas during the 10th Annual International Hooters Swimsuit Pageant. She has been featured in Hooters Magazine, the 2006 Hooters Calendar, and appeared in numerous TV commercials.


2007: Breanne Ashley
Breanne Ashley, a Hooters Girl from Newnan, Georgia, was selected as Miss Hooters International 2007 on July 18th in Las Vegas. Her southern charm and confidence put her above the other 128 contestants that traveled from as far as Asia to compete for the $50,000 first place prize.
