I have a 2000 Eldo. just put new rotors and pads on it, now the "ABS" & TRACTION" service lights are on, l used my code scanner and it reads "NO CODES SET" so l disconneted the battery for a day and still have the service lights.

Try using onboard. Check brake fluid level and connections at wheel speed sensors.
