I have a 07' CTS Sport, and wanted to put a navigation system in it. I would like to still use the controls on the steering wheel with the system. Do I have to go through Cadillac for this, or is there an aftermaket product I can buy.

you dont have to go to the dealer for this...they have many different modules that will allow you to use the factory controls with aftermarket products......call mike at 305-478-8473 he can answer all your questions
