I need these like yesterday!!!  I just bought my coupe deville and the covers in the car are cracked therefore leaking oil.  Any and all help is appreciated.

Also, can I remove the sensors under the valve cover and just get a metal cover?

Hey there Haze: Chrome valve covers $98.18 per pair, gaskets $29.95 per pair. breather covers  $5.99 each.   Go to www.usapartssupply.com.  As for unhooking the Knock sensors I can't find anything in my manual that would indicate any negative ramifications for the ECM signals. I know that when I disconnected one of mine the engine idle speed came down, and that solved my fast idle problem. Go figure. Good luck with your Deville.

So do I just remove the sensors under the valve cover, and just hide the wires somewhere?  Thanks for the response BTW

Come on haze use your imagination here. Just cap off the wires and see if the ECM will be cool with that and go from there. You won't have to HIDE the wires, just cap them off with wire nuts and remove the knock sensors to accomodate the new valve covers. DONE.

Finally got the car back.  The shop fixed the cracked ones up the best they could.  Actually, they look really good.  Almost brand new lookin.  It should safice till I can find something later.  Just ordered a hydraulic kit for the coupe as well.
