Status: offline 		I have a ecm for a 99 sts.. Yes it does have to be programmed. The one I have is brand new and I do have the ability to program it also. The part # is 16214848. If you buy one it will have to be programmed either in a 99 sts or with an off board programmer..
If you want this one I want $240 for it Programmed. If you decide you want to do it I will need your VIN # for programming.
I am however interested in why you need a ECM though.. (Dont want to see you buy it and not need it)
