I have a 1991 Allante with 117 K miles on it , with pirelli tires. when im on rough pavement
or even going over railroad tracks i here rattle noise up front. Was wondering whats the best
solution to the problem. Getting the suspension completely re-done or just replacing bushing
i have already replaced the lower and inner tyrods on the drivers side .

Believe it or not. Check out the calipers of your rear brakes. I found this front end rattle in my car the day I bought it and the trouble was rear calipers. Over the past five years I have read of the same problem here and on the Allante net and the fix has always led to the rear brakes. You would swear that the rattle is in "front!"
Good luck on your "search" The rear brakes is an "easy" fix.

Thanks for the response, well sounds like its the front, but i also get this
shimmy/vibration when driving the car. I have had the alignment done, had the inner and outer tyrods replaced
and also it has new shocks on the front, when going over bumps its smooth doesnt shake or any thing
but the vibration is an annoying one. almost like the tires are out of balance. Which are the pirelli(sp error) that
come with them .

I agree. your rear brakes are most likely missing the $20 anti-shatter clips.

Post or send me a pic of the wheels, and more details on the conditions
when the cars exhibits the "shimmy/vibration"

Have your tires Hunter Road-Force balanced. This will indicate if you have a bent or out of round wheel and helps compensate for tire imperfections. Dou j
