I have a right shoulder belt clip that is worn/broken where it slides into the right headrest. Is there a fix?????

We call them the LOOPS.   Pesky little gismos that dont do much for you except give the belt extra slack in an accident.
They were no longer used by the time the '89 models came around.  Wonder why?

I have an '88 and I love them LOOPS so much glued with silicone by the previous owner that I decided to completed the removal, including the mounting bracket and preserve them in the trunk.  Then, I switched the headrests left to right, so the little mount holes are now in the center of the car and from outside the headrests look clean and smooth. I got upholstery caps to fill the holes.
