Status: offline HI my Name is Ryan and I am new to the forum. I have a 91 Deville Sedan, and my 4.9 is shot. I am wondering if any one knows of another GM V8 engine that will swap to my tranny. 350, 305, 301, Anything.    Or if i could find performance parts for my 4.9, headers, cam, or even just a master rebuild kit for it. I would appreciate any help i can get... Thanks

FWD, right?
you can try the 4500 Allante.
but there are thousands of the 4900 in the salvage yards ...

what is wrogn with it?
shot doesnt explain much.
