Here's my '96 at a recent stereo competition. I hit 149.1 decibels and took home two 1st place trophies. Keep in mind this video was taken from a digital camera.

Actually, the wall takes up the whole back seat area. The trunk has another wall I built that houses the amps and batteries. And I still have some trunk space left. Here's a few pictures:

Hey Mark...

Congrats - nice win, nice ride...

Where was the competition?

You got lots of room in that trunk - more....

maybe some sights to go with the sounds.

Thanks. That competition was in Baraboo, WI but there are many others across the country. There's a list on this website if anyone else is interested:

I work a lot with sport compacts - it is always great to see a "full-bodied" vehicle in comps...

Any other mods other than ICE?

Not much besides the audio upgrades. I haven't had much time to mess with it, I have two other cars that I'm also working on. I have a '98 Olds Aurora and a '79 Chevy Malibu. But the Caddy was just purchased about 2-3 months ago for $1,000. I put a 200 amp alternator in it, two runs of 1/0 gauge wire going back to the trunk, three Stinger batteries, 15% bronze metallic window tint, and a fresh tune-up. Now my next step is the rims. I'm stuck between putting some chrome 18-20" rims on it, or just getting some Vogue tires for the factory chromes. I don't have a ton of money at the moment with all these cars.
