Spare Tire

I just bought a 2011 CTS Performance with only 16k miles on it. I know by looking in the trucnk is only has an air compressor. So where can you find an 18'' donute spare for this. Or buy the fix a flat crap.

Yeah,its a good idea because whenever you drive your car to a long journey so may be in the their have any worse condition of puncturing tire so you replace it with spare tire.
