1992 ElDorado heater blower not working

i replaced my battery and the heater blower motor,but i cant get blower to start,anyone have any idea what the prob is and how to fix it.its a 1992 eldorado

I think the same thing has happened to mine my heater blower does not work, need to get this fix by winter cos it really does steam up
