Default My 2013 CTS

I just bought a 2013 CTS 3.6L and I really love the car, however, I'm not sure what to make of the 6 speed tranny. It seems that it is always in a higher gear ( I'm sure for mileage), but when giving a little throttle ( like in traffic), it shudders - just like a manual shift, if you are starting from a rolling start in 4th or 5th gear.
Is this normal - it seems like a problem, but I have never had a 6 speed and maybe this is normal.

any thoughts....?

jhward,

I'm sorry to hear about your transmission concerns. I understand how displeasing this would be and realize you're seeking opinions about it. However, if you'd like to consider getting an official GM diagnosis, please message me privately as I can reach out to the dealer's Customer Experience Managers (CEM) for additional assistance. If you'd like to contact us privately, we'd be happy to discuss this with you further.

Sincerely,

William R. (assisting)
