So I'm in need of someones help with the issue I'm having with my 2016 Cadillac ELR.

The bottom of the car where the engine is below is hitting the ground on any place that isn't straight level with the ground. Any driveway that has a slight elevation it grinds on the bottom.

Now so far the engine light has came on and Cadillac charged me 2000 to fix. Because it apparently has to do with the louvers that open up at a greater speed to help cool the engine area off and now my engine light has came on yet again. Cadillac is picking it up soon but I just have to know is anyone else at all having issues like this? Anyone else out there have an ELR? I mean i love the car but i can't afford to pay 2000 every month and there's nothing I can do to prevent it unless I just don't drive it and look at the famn thing....
