I have found that the front headrests are too far forward for me. very uncomfortable. I have researched the issue some and find no way to tilt them back. Curious that this has not been a big problem for many more than I. Anyone know of a fix - aftermarket, modifications to stock?

 

Did your research include talking with the Cadillac dealership that you purchased the vehicle from?

Their response was "yes we have had several complaints regarding these headrest and did not know of a fix. They could not remove them for me but could tell me how to so." It is a safety concern of course. I understand but if it is so uncomfortable it becomes a safety issue the way it is as well. My neck acnes - very distracting. Not having an accomodation is very short sighted and somewhat arrogant of Cadillac don't you think? BTW - don't assume that all cars are purchased from dealers

Good morning from Mini soda. My solution is to remove them, turn 180 degress and put back in. Will need to cut notches etc in opposite side to accomodate hieght adjust and lock in mechanisms. Much more comfortable now without compromising safety - the headrest is in place -
