Default 2004 Deville won't start

Have a 2004 Deville that will not turn over. During a recent road trip I stopped to get food and when I went out to turn the car back on it would do nothing. Had it towed, and tow driver seemed to believe it was the starter. Just got done replacing the starter, and that was not the problem. Seems to be getting power to the starter. Windows and locks do not work, and some of the dash display does not come on. It has a fully charged battery. Could this be a bad ignition switch, or is there something I am missing. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have replaced lots of jumper ground cables going from the body to the engine. Check those first.

You are missing power / ground.

Check ground cable on belt side of engine going from the body to the front head at the radiator. These are short cables and they break all the time.

Thanks dylan99,
You were exactly right. Replaced that cable and it started right up. Insulation on cable was cracked and wire strands looked corroded. Thanks again.

Thats great!

Next will be power steering hose, Intake rubber at throttle body. (check vacuum lines and hoses too) water pump tensioner and belt followed by upper radiator hose (rubbed through from waterpump belt) outer tie rod ends and stab links. (front sway bar)

And two front wheel bearings.

That is about where you are at when the ground cables break.
