Default 1998 deville window wont go up

My 1998 Deville's right rear window will go down from both switches but will not go up from either switch. I pulled the panel and replaced the motor, but that didn't fix it. I was able to manually move the window up and down when I pulled the panel and it didn't seem like it was binding. Please help.
Thank you,
Ed

Power Windows Circuit Description
Left Front Power Window Switch
The battery voltage is applied from the WINDOWS circuit breaker through CKT 42 (RED) to the accessory time delay relay. The accessory time delay relay supplies voltage through CKT 70 (PNK) to the left front power window switch under the following conditions:

The ignition is in the RUN position.
The retained accessory power (RAP) is active.
When an UP switch on the left front power window switch is operated, the battery voltage is applied to the power window motor. The power window motor is grounded through the DOWN contacts of the left front power window switch to G204. The motor runs in order to drive the power window up. When a DOWN switch in the left front power window switch is operated, the battery voltage is applied to the power window motor in the opposite direction. The power window motor is grounded through the UP contacts in the left front power window switch to G204. The motor runs in order to drive the power window down.

Express Down Feature
The express down feature fully opens the left front power window automatically. This feature is activated by momentarily pressing the left front power window switch past the first detent. If the UP button is pressed while the power window is in the express mode, the power window stops. When the express mode is activated, the left front power window switch applies the voltage to the left front power window motor through CKT 165 (BRN). This action causes the motor run. When the motor reaches the full-down position, a motor stall is detected by the left front power window switch. This condition turns OFF the voltage to the motor.

Rear Window Lockout Feature
The rear window lockout feature disables the rear power window switches. The rear power window motors may be operated only by the left front power window switch. This lockout is a safety feature in order to prevent children from tampering with the power windows. The rear window lockout switch supplies the battery voltage through CKT 1307 (DK BLU) to terminal F of both of the rear power window switches. When the rear window lockout switch is engaged, the voltage is removed from the rear power window switches. For commercial vehicles (RPO V4U), the wiring to C312 and C319 is also on the locked-out CKT 1307 (DK BLU).

Right Front Power Window Switch
The battery voltage is applied from the WINDOWS circuit breaker through CKT 42 (RED) to the accessory time delay relay. The accessory time delay relay supplies the voltage through CKT 70 (PNK) to the right front power window switch under the following conditions:

The ignition is in the RUN position.
The RAP is active.
When the UP switch is pressed, the voltage is applied to one terminal of the power window motor through CKT 666 (DK BLU). Ground is applied to the opposite terminal of the power window motor from the left front power window switch through the right front power window switch on the following circuits:

CKT 167 (TAN)
CKT 667 (BRN)
When the DOWN switch is pressed, the voltage is applied to one terminal of the power window motor through CKT 667 (BRN). Ground is applied to the opposite terminal of the power window motor from the left front power window switch through the right front power window switch on the following circuits:

CKT 166 (LT BLU)
CKT 66 (DK BLU)
Rear Power Window Switch
The battery voltage is supplied from the left front power window switch to the rear power window switches through CKT 1307 (DK BLU). For commercial vehicles (RPO V4U), the battery voltage is also supplied to terminal C of C312 and C319. When the UP switch is pressed, the voltage is applied to one terminal of the power window motor through the following circuits:

CKT 668 (DK BLU)
CKT 670 (DK BLU/WHT
Ground is applied to the opposite terminal of the power window motor from the left front power window switch through the rear power window switch on either of the following locations:

CKT 169 (PPL) and CKT 669 (BRN)
CKT 171 (PPL) and CKT 671 (BRN)
When the DOWN switch is pressed, the voltage is applied to one terminal of the power window motor through either of the following circuits:

CKT 669 (BRN)
CKT 671 (BRN)
Ground is applied to the opposite terminal of the power window motor from the left front power window switch through the right front power window switch on either of the following locations:

CKT 168 (DK GRN) and CKT 668 (DK BLU)
CKT 170 (LT GRN) and CKT 670 (DK BLU/WHT)
For on-vehicle service, refer to the appropriate procedures.

Smile Thanks

I was able to get my window repaired by taking the switch apart and cleaning it. I will probably by the panel and replace it in the near future.
Eric D,the info you sent was very helpful, thank you

Thanks,
Ed
