Us requires the passenger seatbelt display be print illuminated rather than picture illuminated. Changed bezel no luck. No dealer can answer.

There are plenty of 09 CTSs in the US now. Bringing export models to the US would require them to be DOT and EPA certified. It's probably not worth it unless maybe a Canadian model. You did say where car is.
