Coolant gague fluctuates 1994 DeVille

I just swapped out a cracked radiator on my 1994 Cadillac DeVille and now my coolant gague fluctuates. It will go from 205 degrees to 250 back down to 207 in a matter of a minute or two. Air in the coolant maybe?

most likely, If it continues you may have blown head gasket(s)
