Default Need help with odd electrical problem

I have a 2002 Seville SLS with 108k miles. Yesterday when I got in it after lunch today I had an odd issue. My HVAC control panel does not change the temperature of the air - all the *****, etc work and display shows changing temp but the air temp coming out of the vents remains constant. In addition, neither of my front seat heaters would come on and I had no control over my foglights. Everything was working fine yesterday morning.

All of a sudden a "chime" sounds with no indication in insturment cluster and all starts working fine again.

This has happened randomly over the past 24 hours - sometimes works fine and sometimes it won't. Then the "chime" sounds and all is fine (but still no message on dash)

I ran the onboard diagnostics and this is what I found

P1571 Traction Control Torque Request Circuit
P1644 Traction Control Delivered Torque Output Circuit
U1000 - Class 2 Communication Malfunction
U1040 - Loss of Class 2 Communications with ABS

All these were history codes except U1000 which showed as current.

Battery voltage is showing 12.2 with engine and 14.5 with engine running so don't think it is the battery but it is something electrical going on.

Ideas?

Thanks

Robby
