I have a 97 seville The cooling fans only work when the car is running too hot.

Changed the water pump thermostat, and etc

ALso I have read this somewhere once before but never a real answer given

The very low ac refrid. compressor off comes on,, and the ac compressor is shut off
I been told and read over and over when the compressor is off the fans only go on at 222 or something like that.

The car IS NOT over heating but why push it.

Its running hot and pings now and then, getting more then these days.
Also the engine light came on for a day I ran the codes came up with 2 EGR codes P0401 car only has one so WTF was that all about. light went off codes are gone too.

I found the 3 relays and that is not the issue had them tested. not the radiator cap either.

Any ideas I Know and seen a few people with the same problem what was the fix?
