95 seville ran out of gas, now won't start
I was going down the interstate, and ran out of gas. I pulled the car over and parked it on the steep off-ramp. After putting in several gallons of gas, i couldnt get the car to start. At first, it sounded like it was about too, it even revved up once, but after that it wouldn't do anything. It still turns over though, just won't start. I thought it might be the steep incline but am probably wrong. I've been having a problem with starting it for some time now. I've been having to push the gas pedal in as i turn the ignition key in order to start it, and even that takes a couple of tries sometimes unless i have just recently shut it off. Could this be a fuel pump problem?

definitely the fuel pump. After running out gas, when you replace the gas, you can't instantly start the car right up, just turn the ignition to the last position before the car starts and let the fuel pump work for a minute then start the car, otherwise the fuel pump is no good.
