Default ABS problem

Hi, having ABS/stability/traction problems with my 99 SLS. Codes are C1242, C1243. From what I've been reading, bad ground connections are the first place to look especially at g100 & g102. Where are these ground connections located? thanks

other than the battery grounds, you need a manual to find them all ..

they are located
Lower left hand front corner of the engine, below the thermostat housing g100
Left hand rear corner of the engine, near the park neutral position switch g102

Default looking for a used abs and connector for 1995 seville sls 4.6

Basically the original ABS in our 1995 sedan Seville SLS shorted out.
The unit and connector seem to lie directly below the thermostat connection from the radiator, go figure. When replacing the lower radiator hose the ABS shorted out, my theory, water and electricity don't mix.

Default ABS update

Turned out to be a bad pump and/or controller. I'm not spending $2500 to fix it. I can get an ispection sticker with the ABS light on. My only concern is that I would prefer not to start out in second gear all the time. Is there anything I can do to overide this? Thanks

abs should have no affect on what gear u start in.

there is a relay in the module if u replace that part u may be able to fix it
