For any others out of warranty, Ebay is a viable option. I remember USPEEDO as one vendor.

The small stepper motors that drive the individual gauges cost about $10 each. The rest of the cost is in labor and they must soldered out and then in again. A dealer will NOT play with the cluster. They will want to swap it out for the big dollar fix.

i have a 2004 ESV and my cluster was all out wack. now considering that it was over 70k GM will not fix it...however i went on ebay and found a repair company where you take out ur cluster and send it to them and they repair it...now i didn't know how to take it out and i didn't want to wait to get it back..so i called the one nearest me and the guy toldme how to take it out and i did and instead of mailing it to them i drove it to them and they had it fixed in 45 mins and it only cost me $60 AND THEY REPLACED ALL PARTS INSIDE WITH A "LIFETIME WARRANTY"...CAN'T BEAT THAT...
