Rough Idle when warm

I have a 93 Eldorado that runs great. Only problem is that when at temp the engine idles rough. Seems to smooth out some if taken out of gear Temp is never over 220 225. Headgasket problem? Any fixes 177K miles

about a pint every 1500 miles
