well..... from all the information that you have givin the Forum..... it sounds like you have a bad blower motor......
do you have a friend that can check current going to the blower?

RE: 1994 eldo heater blower
if it was me I would just replace the motor, it's somewhat common. I have a '90 Seville, and had a '97 eldorado and had to replace the blower motors in both cars. Sadly, for the ;97 Eldorado, the blower motor itself is $ 500.00 and it's a bit of a job having it changed.

This car has a blower power module located underhood at the firewall. If that goes electrically open, it will not ground the blower motor to turn it on. You can run a jumper wire from the battery to the blower motor to verifythe blower motorworks prior to replacement.

I had a 94 and the blower motor went out on it. If everything else works simply check to see if the blower is turning on. If it isn't turn on the heat then check for voltage at the connector for the fan with a multimeter. You can get new ones for relatively reasonable prices online. They are simple to replace for the mechanically inclined. You would be wise to have a service manual but don't get locked into following it exactly. The official Cadillac Service Manual says to drop the engine. I have replaced four of these blowers by removing the coil pack from the engine to give me some room to work.
