Default Time to fix the Deville

Don't want to take it to the dealer! I have 4 codes. I have a scan tool.
First the new ones.
p0101, p0171, p0174
After doing some digging it appears this could be related to bad hoses? Which hoses and maybe the PVC?

The old code is my biggest nemesis.
p0420 Generic catalyst efficiency below threshold (bank 1)
This code appeared last year and the dealer told me the cat needed replacing ($1300 part) so I ordered a $200 cat from Eastern. This worked great for 6 months then the code returned. So I sent it back and ordered form another major manufacturer. Code returned after 3 months. Do I need to pony up and buy an expensive cat or is something else causing the problem?
Thanks!
