first of all
what works
does the driver side go up and down
does the back seat go up and down
if so can u control the passenger side to go up and down from the passenger switch

i am sure its a switch problem u r having
if it goes down it should go up
the switch just reverse the power and ground to change the direction of the motor

there is no ground to say its a module that controls it

ok this is how it works say the driver window motor wires are dark blue and light blue

ok if u put 12volt to the dark blue and ground the light blue window goes up

if u put 12 volts to the light blue and ground to the dark blue it goes down

i am not sure these are the colours of the wires

mostly likely the driver door switch
but if u test the wire going out of the switch in the up and down position u can tell if the switch works
should check passenger side switch as well
