Default engine timing issues - cadillac deville concours 1996 with a northstar engine

a brief story. i took apart my whole engine fix the block new rings new gaskets put it back together timed it out side good. turn it on and i get a loud really loud engine it seems that the valves are hitting the pistons but how can that be possible if i did everything as the book says.
#1 piston TDC check crank sproket at 12 o clock intermidiate at 6 good. than left bank intake at 12 o clock exhaust at 12. right bank intake at 12 exhaust at 12 fire it up and it sounds really bad. any thoughts does any one knows how the valves supposed to be? in the left bank intake all the valves are close in the same bank the exhaust valvespiston #4 valves are fully open. on the ride bank intake piston #3,5,7 valves are open slightly than in the exhaust piston#5 the valves are open. if im not mistaken those are the valves that are open . that case thats the result i get when putting everytihnh on time !!! any one esle with a diferent perspective any other idea???? any help will be really appreciated. than k you all

Are the camshaft sprockets on correctly - It is very easy to install them incorrectly.

yes the cam sprockets are correct. even though if in any chance the sprockets where wrong . what matters is that all the pins of the cams are at 12 o clock am i wrong????? i might be??
another thing that i might do is open a timed cadillac and just look what is different from mine and the one that is on time it could help me, but im still open for any new comments and ideas thank you all .
