Coroded Tube

Coroded Tube
I have a 1994 Deville with a coolant leak. I can see that the leak
is coming from a metal tube located at the bottom passenger side of the
engine. You can see a portion of the tube/pipe if you look down past the battery. I lose sight of the tube, but it looks like it connects to the
bottom portion of the radiator. The other end is clamped to rubber hose.that leads toward the firewall, but I can't see how far it goes. It looks like the
metal tube has corroded just before it connects to the rubber hoes. I am wondering what the part is called so that I can get a replacement. Also, how
difficult is it to get that tube and how does it connect to the radiator?
Thanks

It is about 3/8" from what I can tell. And based on the location, it is going to be very difficult to get to and replace.
