Default Key-less entry anyone?

Hello, I recently bought a '94 concours and was surprised when I got a key-less entry remote with the deal. I tried many times, even replaced the remote's battery, but I could not get the stupid thing to work. Then one of my friends told me I could just get the thing reset. So I called the shop and they said they had no clue how to do this. Can anyone help me out here so I can open my doors from my doorstep please?

1)There is single black or black/white wire with connector and nothing to plug it into. Ground wire and all locks should (cycle) lock and unlock. 2) Next press and hold unlock button on remote and hold for 10 sec. or till locks cyle again, if you have 2nd remote repeat step 2. Car will only take 2 remotes.

ok, how do I ground this connector? Like what do I use to ground it, and where do I ground it to? Sorry, but I'm not really that knowledgable when it comes to the electrical stuff, but that sounds easy enough. Oh, and Thanx
