1999 Cadillac Deville Trunk Release and Fuel Release On both the dash and remote.

The trunk release and fuel release buttons aren't working on the dash or remote. Is there a fuse for this? I looked under the hood and trunk fuse boxes and found nothing. Anyone know specifically which fuse is it or what else it could be?

Check valet switch in glove box.
