1997 turn signal flasher location
ok I feel totally stupid
I spent over an hour after pulling my lower dash below the steering wheel looking for a flasher , I found what I believe to be the 4 way flasher, changed that in case, but still no flash on my turn signals. I know I need new glasses but this is insane.
Am i looking for a traditional flasher ( you know round, silver metal) or does this unit use an electronic box. my manual shows it to be a traditional flasher but if is where the book says I am blind.
About 362 days a year I love my caddy's 1997 & 2002 but the other 3 days they can really get to me
at 6'5" I don't think I am the best person to get under a dash ---- LOL
Thanks for any help
Bill

flasher Module in 1997 Deville
thanks to all on this thread. I found the module on the left side of the steering wheel towards the driver. It was clipped in and out of sight so I just felt for it hoping that it was there. It was. Now I have blinkers.
Side note:
Advanced auto did not have any info about this module.
ORielly's Auto did.
Guess where I'm going back to.
