Default 1987 coupe deville

i got an 87 deville and im having feul flooding problems the feul pump is new the filter is new and ive switched out hte injectors i have three sets of used injectors now and im curious if anyone would know what it might be. you try to start it and the bowl fills way too quick so instead of starting it floods and never starts. im thinking the spring in my feul pressure regulator is out and i need to rebuild it? but i want to get some insight if it has happend to anyone and if there is another part i should check out first. also i had the injectors tested and it said it was only one and yeah onle one was flooding but i switched them around and the top one was still flooding so wich ever injector is on top is the one flooding. thanks

You need to figure out if fuel pressure is too high or if an injector is being held wide open.
Check fuel pressure first. If it is within specs (+/- 10 psi) i would bet its a computer problem or shorted injector control circuit.
I don't think even a bad map sensor can't make it dump that much fuel all at once.
If it's just one injector, then i would bet its a faulty computer or wiring issue.
A fuel pressure gauge and noid light are very helpful with many EFI problems.
