Hello can someone tell me how to remove the ash tray holder? I'm not sure if my dad burnt out the cig lighter while charging his oxygen machine I need to fix it right away to ensure he can charge his oxygen while he is out. Thank you

 

My 2001 deville is over heating purge lines are clear replaced thermistat. Water pump hoses radiator no leaks no white steam coming out of the tail pipe can anybody help me please.
