Hard brakes on 89 Sedandevile
Hi,
Need'n some help on a Caddy project. Pappy's.
I have hard brakes and the brake warning light stays on. The right rear wheel cylinder was froze up so I replaced it, and the left rear as well. Still hard brakes.
The pump motor stays running with the ignition switch on. I pulled the pressure switch out, turned on the ign switch and also pumped the brake a coupla times. Nothing happened with the switch. I don't know if this works as a test or not, but thought I would see what happens. How would I test the switch? I'm thinking ac***ulator or switch? I also pulled the E brake cables back out in the drums, taking up slack, trying to get the red brake warning light to go off.
Any opinions or answers?
