Default Lucas transmission fix or not

Just getting opinions on adding or not to add Lucas transmission fix to a transmission with 160,000 miles on it. The transmission does not have any problems right now, just wondering if this will be preventative maintenance or will it cause problems.

Lucas makes some of the best products on the market today.I once had an Acura Legend and the fluid was running thru the power steering unit. It was using about a pint of power steering fluid a week until I used Lucas power steering fluid with a sealer in it and low and behold it stopped the leak almost immediately. To make a long story short, I had no more power steering leak. Not even a dribble, it stopped leaking completely.

After driving my self nuts for days wondering if adding this stuff would do more harm than good, I finally added it. First I layed the bottle of Lucas on the dash in the sun for a few hours to get warm/thin, drove the car to get good and hot. I pumped 24 ozs. of tranny fluid out and poured it in slowly with car running. Then I drove the car for about 45 minutes to get it mixed in good. Now, it may be in my head but it seems to shift so much smoother. When shifting into 3rd and OD its almost unnoticeable. I should point out that the fluid on the dipstick/paper towel, didn't look so bad but in the plastic cup that I pumped it into, it was dirty/dark looking and has a slight burnt smell. I am going to drive the car for a week or so and for sure drain fluid and change filter screen and add another bottle of Lucas.

Thanks for all responses, I will update after I drop the pan as to what i find in there.
