I am looking to replace the 16 inch rims on my 04 deville with 17 inch rims. Where can I purchase original equipment rims that are not made in china? The dealers on EBAY all have rims made in china. Do not want after market, but genuine Cadillac rims. By the way, apart from appearance, will 17 inch rims affect the handling and ride of my deville.

Look for "take offs" on craigs list. Lots of deals to be found.

The larger diameter wheel with a smaller sidewall will lean more towards a sports car feel. 16" to 17" will hardly be noticeable. 16" to 20" will be dramatic.
