I recently changed both Calipers and Pads on a 1989 Cadillac Deville because the front Passengers side Caliper appeared to be stuck. After Changing and bleeding lines and checking for kinks in the brake lines I took it for a test ride only to find out I still had the same problem. He front right side pad was sticking and smoking. Could this be a Master cylinder problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Master cylinder - no. Brake hose highly possible, problem within caliper or abs valve block are also possible.

I agree, usually a restricted hose to the sticky caliper. If true, replace both front hoses.
