Hey all hope someone can help me out

I have my car in for service A 2wd 2004 srx

They replcaed all the Brakes and Pads all the way around and even the Parking brake pads cause the Parking brake was not holding squat

PROBLEM:
Everything new and the Parking brake still does not hold....

I brought it back to them and they disassembled everything and still it barely holds in drive and holds A bit stronger in reverse but not much...

my driveway is on a slight hill and I always use it when parked

I was told whenever they maually adjust them they automatically reset themselves cause they auto are made to regulate themselves...

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas

take it somewhere else and file a small claims for the additional cost of the work.
